โรงเรียนจักรคำคณาทร จังหวัดลำพูน ร่วมสืบสานตำนานสองเจดีย์ธาตุ องค์พระธาตุเจ้าหริภุญชัยและเจดีย์ปทุมวดี ณ วัดพระธาตุหริภุญชัยวรมหาวิหาร
วันอังคารที่ 3 มีนาคม 2569 นายธำรงค์ หน่อเรือง ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนจักรคำคณาทร จังหวัดลำพูน พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร คณะครู คณะกรรมการสภานักเรียน และตัวแทนนักเรียน ร่วมพิธีแห่ผ้าห่มองค์พระบรมธาตุหริภุญชัย และผ้าห่มเจดีย์ปทุมวดี เพื่อถวายเป็นพุทธบูชา เนื่องในวันมาฆบูชา ประจำปีพุทธศักราช 2569
โดยขบวนแห่ผ้าห่มองค์พระธาตุหริภุญชัย และผ้าห่มเจดีย์ปทุมวดี จะเริ่มจากบริเวณหน้าจวนผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดลำพูน เข้าสู่ลานพิธี วัดพระธาตุหริภุญชัย วรมหาวิหาร เพื่อประกอบพิธีถวายผ้าห่มองค์พระธาตุฯ จากนั้นได้ร่วมเวียนเทียนรอบพระบรมธาตุหริภุญชัย จำนวน 3 รอบ และร่วมฟังพระธรรมเทศนา พระสงฆ์เจริญพระพุทธมนต์ สวดโอวาทปาติโมกข์ เจริญจิตตภาวนา เพื่อความเป็นสิริมงคลแก่ตนเองและครอบครัว ถือเป็นการสืบสานประเพณีอันดีงามให้คงอยู่สืบไป
Chak Kham Khanathon Lamphun School Preserves the Tradition of the Twin Chedis — Phra That Hariphunchai and Chedi Pathumwadi at Wat Phra That Hariphunchai Woramahawihan
On Tuesday, 3 March 2026, Mr. Thamrong Norrueang, Director of Chak Kham Khanathon Lamphun School, together with the school’s administrators, teachers, the Student Council committee, and student representatives, joined the ceremonial procession to offer robes for draping the revered Phra Borommathat Hariphunchai and Chedi Pathumwadi. The event was held as an act of Buddhist devotion in observance of Makha Bucha Day, Buddhist Era 2569.
The procession began in front of the Lamphun Governor’s Residence and proceeded to the ceremonial grounds of Wat Phra That Hariphunchai Woramahawihan, where the robe-offering ceremony took place. Participants then circumambulated Phra Borommathat Hariphunchai three times, listened to a Dhamma sermon, and joined the chanting of sacred Buddhist verses, including the Ovādapātimokkha, followed by a session of meditation.
The ceremony served as an auspicious observance for all attendees and their families, while also helping preserve and pass on this cherished cultural and religious tradition for future generations.
