วันที่ 19 กันยายน 2569 นายประเสริฐ จันทรรวงทอง รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ พร้อมด้วย นายสุเทพ แก่งสันเทียะ ปลัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ นายประวิต เอราวรรณ์ เลขาธิการสภาการศึกษา และคณะฯ ลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยมการขับเคลื่อนโครงการ Thailand Zero Dropout ณ โรงเรียนป่าซาง อำเภอป่าซาง จังหวัดลำพูน โดยมีนายปิยพงศ์ ชูวงศ์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดลำพูน ดร.เอกวัฒน์ ล้อสุนิรันดร์ ศึกษาธิการภาค 15 นายสุทิน จันทรวรเชตต์ ศึกษาธิการจังหวัดลำพูน นายธำรงค์ หน่อเรือง ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนจักรคำคณาทร จังหวัดลำพูน นางสุพัตรา วรรณมะกอก ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนป่าซาง นายอำเภอป่าซาง หัวหน้าส่วนราชการสังกัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ เจ้าหน้าที่ คณะครู นักเรียนและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องร่วมให้การต้อนรับ
ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดลำพูน กล่าวว่า จังหวัดลำพูนให้ความสำคัญและขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานตามนโยบายของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการอย่างจริงจัง ผ่านการบูรณาการความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วน ทั้งหน่วยงานทางการศึกษา องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น สาธารณสุข พัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ และภาคีเครือข่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อค้นหา ติดตาม และช่วยเหลือเด็กและเยาวชนที่หลุดออกจากระบบให้กลับมาได้รับการศึกษาและพัฒนาเต็มศักยภาพ ตามแนวทาง 4 มาตรการหลักของรัฐบาล จากการดำเนินงานขับเคลื่อนโครงการ Thailand Zero Dropout จังหวัดลำพูน (ข้อมูล ณ วันที่ 18 กันยายน 2569) จังหวัดลำพูนมีกลุ่มเป้าหมายเด็กและเยาวชนนอกระบบทั้งหมดจำนวน 1,528 คน โดยคณะทำงานภายใต้กลไกจังหวัดสามารถสำรวจ ติดตาม และเข้าถึงเด็กในความรับผิดชอบได้แล้วจำนวน 1,352 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 88.48 ของกลุ่มเป้าหมายทั้งหมด ซึ่งแบ่งเป็นการช่วยเหลือให้กลับเข้าสู่ระบบการศึกษาปกติ การศึกษานอกระบบและการฝึกทักษะอาชีพ การสนับสนุนสวัสดิการสังคม ตลอดจนการติดตามดูแลอย่างต่อเนื่อง ขณะเดียวกันยังมีกลุ่มเป้าหมายอีกจำนวน 176 คน ที่ทางจังหวัด เร่งระดมกำลังทุกภาคส่วนในการติดตาม ค้นหา เพื่อให้เข้าสู่ระบบต่อไป
Minister of Education Inspects "Thailand Zero Dropout" Implementation Progress in Lamphun Province
On September 19, 2026, Mr. Prasert Jantararuangtong, Minister of Education, accompanied by Mr. Suthep Kaengsanthiah, Permanent Secretary for Education, Mr. Prawit Erawan, Secretary-General of the Education Council, and their delegation, visited Pasang School in Pasang District, Lamphun Province, to inspect the progress of the "Thailand Zero Dropout" project.
The delegation was warmly welcomed by Mr. Piyapong Chuwong, Governor of Lamphun Province, Dr. Ekawat Losuniran, Inspector General of Regional Education Office 15, Mr. Sutin Chantanaworachet, Lamphun Provincial Education Officer, Mr. Tumrong Norrueang, Director of Chak Kham Khanathon Lamphun School, Mrs. Supattra Wannamakok, Director of Pasang School, the Pasang District Chief, heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Education, teachers, students, and officials from related organizations.
The Governor of Lamphun Province highlighted that Lamphun prioritizes and actively drives the Ministry of Education's policies through integrated collaboration across all sectors—including educational agencies, local administrative organizations, public health entities, social development offices, and network partners. These joint efforts aim to locate, track, and assist out-of-school children and youth, returning them to the education system so they can develop to their full potential in accordance with the government's four core measures.
Through the implementation of the Thailand Zero Dropout project in Lamphun Province (data as of September 18, 2026), a total of 1,528 out-of-school children and youth were identified as the target group. Working under provincial mechanisms, the task force has successfully surveyed, tracked, and reached 1,352 individuals—representing 88.48% of the total target group. Assistance provided includes reintegration into the formal education system, non-formal education and vocational skill development, social welfare support, and continuous follow-up care. Meanwhile, provincial authorities are actively mobilizing all sectors to locate and support the remaining 176 individuals to bring them back into the educational fold.
