โรงเรียนจักรคำคณาทร จังหวัดลำพูน จัดการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู โดยมุ่งส่งเสริมให้ครูผู้สอนมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทักษะในการวางแผนและออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ ตลอดจนสามารถประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทของผู้เรียนและการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัล
การอบรมในครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาครูให้สามารถนำองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์จากการฝึกปฏิบัติไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ได้อย่างเหมาะสม สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานการศึกษา มาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน และนโยบายของหน่วยงานต้นสังกัด อันจะนำไปสู่การยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาและการพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้มีสมรรถนะที่จำเป็นในศตวรรษที่ 21

On Tuesday, October 27, 2026, Chak Kham Khanathon Lamphun School organized a comprehensive professional development workshop titled "Enhancing Teachers' Pedagogical Competencies through Digital Technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI)."
This workshop is specifically designed to equip our educators with deeper knowledge, practical insights, and modern methodologies in instructional design and lesson planning. By actively integrating digital tools and cutting-edge AI technologies into classroom practices, our teachers are empowered to maximize instructional efficiency and adapt seamlessly to our students' learning contexts and rapid digital advancements.
Through hands-on collaborative sessions, the training emphasizes practical application aligned with national educational standards, professional teaching benchmarks, and ministerial policies. This institutional initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to elevating educational excellence and fostering the vital 21st-century competencies our learners need to thrive.
